Born and raised in Breckenridge, Texas, Lyndon moved to Amarillo in 1961 to pursue his education and has proudly called the area home ever since. With nearly three decades in real estate and more than two decades of experience supervising other agents, Lyndon brings wisdom, balance, and deep local knowledge to every transaction.
Before entering real estate in 1998, Lyndon spent 30 years in Christian ministry and later worked in healthcare management before deciding to build a business of his own. As Broker and Partner at 7:12 Hometown Realty, he draws from this wide range of experience to guide clients and colleagues with integrity, compassion, and exceptional communication — qualities he believes are vital for success in both life and real estate.
Over the years, Lyndon has represented countless buyers and sellers, provided expert broker price opinions, and specialized in purchasing and restoring foreclosure properties. He is a Certified Buyer’s Representative (CBR) and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI).
Lyndon’s favorite part of real estate is helping clients make confident, informed decisions about one of life’s most important investments — their home. His guiding principle is simple: “Good communication is a delicate art.”
Outside of work, Lyndon treasures time with his three children and their families. He enjoys reading, keeping up with the news, and staying active — always with Philippians 4:4 in mind: “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!”

After three decades managing multi-million-dollar assets in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, she returned home to Amarillo to continue her passion for real estate — managing properties and selling new construction homes for a local builder and investor.
Now serving as Realtor® and Property Manager for 7:12 Hometown Realty, Shelli combines her business degree from Brookhaven College with her experience as a licensed Texas Realtor®, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and GRI-certified professional. Taylor Burgess

Taylor brings a creative and strategic eye to the 7:12 team, combining 15+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong background in real estate administration. A BFA graduate in Graphic Design, she also spent time working at the Amarillo Association of REALTORS®, gaining first-hand insight into the industry that informs her work today.
As the daughter of Kent and a remote team member based in Olympia, WA, Taylor plays a key role in shaping the team’s marketing, design, and operational systems. She is passionate about using her skills to make the client experience smoother, more professional, and visually engaging.
